Village Upgrade

1. Purpose & Mission Statement I affirm that the mission of The Ecclesiastical Village Association (TEVA) is to provide members with a private platform for assembly, deepening their knowledge of Yahweh-God, exploring His creation, and exercising their God-given gifts, products, and skills for the betterment of others.

2. Licensing & Responsibilities I acknowledge that TEVA and its members, products, or services may not be licensed or inspected in any capacity. I accept responsibility for researching any products, services, or activities before engaging in exchanges or participation.

3. Voluntary Participation & Liability I affirm that my participation in services, training, or activities within this Private Ministerial Association—whether for myself, my children, or my animals—is an exercise of my personal rights. I agree to hold harmless the Trustee(s), staff, members, and the Association from any liability arising from such interactions, except in instances of clear and present danger of substantive evil, as determined by the Association and defined by the United States Supreme Court. I understand that TEVA operates privately and is beyond the jurisdiction of Federal, State, and local agencies and authorities. Any complaints or grievances will be addressed by an Association Committee.

4. Financial Interests & Liabilities As a member, I acknowledge that I am neither entitled to any financial interests within TEVA nor liable for its debts, obligations, or liabilities.

5. Developmental Stage I recognize that TEVA is in its early stages of development and that not all privileges may currently be available.

6. Private Domain & Confidentiality I affirm that all Association activities are restricted to the private domain. All records, documents, directories, and other materials belong to the Association, and even if I receive copies, I am committed to maintaining their confidentiality.

7. Voluntary Agreement & Conduct Expectations I enter this agreement freely, without pressure or coercion. I comprehend that I may withdraw at any time, and the founders of TEVA may terminate this agreement at their sole discretion.

8. Nature of the Association I affirm that TEVA is not a public corporation, profitable business partnership, or any other form of publicly incorporated association. It is a separate, lawful, spiritual, private, and unincorporated Faith-Based Association, operating within the private domain under the protections guaranteed by foundational governing documents, including:

• The Declaration of Independence (1776) 
• Articles of Confederation (1777) 
• The Northwest Territorial Government (1781) 
• The Constitution for the United States of America (1787, ratified 1789) 
• Bill of Rights (ratified 1791) 
• The Michigan Constitution (1835–Present) 
• Equivalent provisions in various State Constitutions 

9. Certification of Agreement I certify that I have carefully read the TEVA Agreement and comprehend and agree to its terms. By joining the Association, engaging with its website, or participating in social media group(s), I affirm my commitment to these principles.

10. Integrity in Representation (Applicable to Village Members only) As a Village Member, I commit to maintaining the highest standards of honesty and integrity in advertising and representing my products and services.
